Working in our Building

Our workplace promises to deliver a new and inspiring employee experience. Through our remodel we have designed new opportunities for collaboration and teamwork, as well as areas where you can get away and focus, or take a private phone call.

This work environment will also require us to think differently about how we work. We will have a variety of spaces and areas intended for different tasks and work practices. To ensure that the space works for all we must know how to use the space, and how to be respectful towards each other.

In the attached document, you will find color-coded floor plans to reacquaint or for some introduce our building and some general guidelines. Our goal is to make certain everyone can be productive and enjoy the new space, while keeping everything looking fresh and clean.

Please discuss these best practices with your colleagues. Think of the etiquettes like a social contract where everyone comes together and agrees to the rules. By doing so, we can make sure everyone can thrive in the new environment and be proud of where we work.
