Bothell HQ - Facilities Frequently Asked Questions What should I do if I go to purchase an item from the Avanti Market and the Checkout Kiosk is not working? Go ahead and grab what you need and save the packaging (The Barcode is what is needed) and go back and pay for the items when the kiosk is working again. What if I find an expired product in the Avanti market? if you encounter an expired product in the Avanti leave it next to the kiosk and select another item. Do we have First Aid kits and AED’s (automated external defibrillator) in the building? Yes, we have both items located together in 3 different areas of the building.one area is the Avanti Market on the first floor, the second area is located next to the Manufacturing restrooms on the first floor and the third location is the second-floor stairwell. The exact locations are shown on the Evacuation and Safety Maps located in the “Facilities Documents” section. What if I am here after hours and the security alarm goes off? Email marios@verathon.com or Text (425-999-2865) Mario Scaglione and let us know that you are in the building and the alarm is going off. We can reset it remotely from there. What if I have (company generated) hazardous waste and or chemicals that need disposal? Reach out to marios@verathon.com for specific instructions on how and where to dispose of the waste within the building. What is the process to use the Fitness Room? First step is to reach out to HR and sign our Fitness Room waiver, then you are free to use the room. There is a sheet inside the room that goes over general rules of use. What is the process for getting a locker in the locker room? there is not a specific process just find an empty locker that does not have a lock or name on It, and you are free to use it. If you want to have a locker for long term use place a lock or a Name Tag on it. If you are no longer going to use a Locker, please remove all items/name tag and lock. Where can I find company SDS sheets? SDS sheets: the “Safety Data Sheets” for chemicals used in this building can be accessed in my Apps/the” Apps” section using the “Safety Data Sheets “icon. Team BBQ Process: If your Team wants to have a BBQ onsite, please reach out to: FacilitiesHQ@verathon.com and let us know how many people will attend/number of BBQ’s (we have 2) and where you want to have the BBQ. Teams will typically cone off some parking spots near there area where we can set up the BBQ’s.
