How To: Login to Salesforce on a Mobile Device
Salesforce can be accessed on a laptop or on a mobile device for on-the-go access. Accessing Salesforce on your mobile device is similar to accessing it on your laptop, but with a few additional steps.
Instructions
- Download the Salesforce app from the App Store on your Mobile Device
- Open the Salesforce app
- Tap "Use Custom Domain"
- Type in Verathon as the domain
- Tap "Continue"
- Tap "VerathonAzureADPrem"
- Type in your Microsoft Login Email
- NOTE: for most users, this should be firstname.lastname@verathon.com, but if you have been working for Verathon for longer than 3 years, you may have an older style (examples: JohnD@verathon.com, JDoe@verathon.com). You may need to use this older style in order to login
- Type in your Microsoft Login Password (the same password you use when logging in to your computer, MasterControl, etc)
